This section presents my work as a writer of comics and graphic novels.
SPIDER-MAN NOIR

It's the one that started it all. My first published comic book and a Marvel Comics one! I came up with the idea and basic concept for Spider-Man Noir then co-developed and co-wrote with David Hine.
I'm extremely proud of the first two mini-series and Edge of Spider-Verse#1 (2014).
I also got the chance to design the White Widow and the Shocker myself for the Spider-Man Noir: SpiderGeddon short.
Since 2020, Marvel decided to take "another direction" and I'm no longer associated with the character.

INTERTWINED

What happens when you create a character for a big studio and you have more ideas than said studio can handle? You create your own! That's what I did with INTERTWINED.
This is a hero story from the perspective of an immigrant. It's set in 1971 New York and mixes Kung Fu, a murder mystery, Chinese cosmology, a LGBTQ+ love story and a coming of age story!

THE BIG LIE

LADY-BIRD

Vega and Mina are two young women with the same very special powers but living a hundred years apart.
Both have to fight abuse, patriarchy and greed in their own way. Perfect for young teens and older who love comic books, manga, anime and fierce girl power stories.
LADY-BIRD is loosely based on a public domain story from 1911 from René d'Anjou (aka Renée Gouraud d'Ablancourt) called "l'Oiselle."
I wrote and designed the characters. Art for the graphic novel is handled by Daniele Sappupo and Lissa.
